What you will do

• Optimize LLP execution through data analysis, process mapping, and performance tracking.
• Analyze logistics data such as freight spend and carrier performance to develop and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Procurement and Operations to drive process standardization.
• Manage carriers to resolve issues related to delivery performance, costing, and capacity.
• Promote a culture of lean thinking and continuous improvement within logistics operations.
• Leverage TMS expertise to support operations integration and process automation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of freight operations, carrier management, and logistics procurement.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucid.
• Experience in both International and Domestic transportation activities.
• Proficiency in the Spanish language.
