What you will do

• Maintain ownership of asset inventory accuracy across all operational locations.
• Develop and manage processes for asset lifecycle status tracking and reporting.
• Lead asset movement tracking initiatives and oversee GPS tracking systems and visibility programs.
• Develop and maintain inventory dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports for leadership.
• Establish accountability standards and coordinate asset audit and verification initiatives.
• Manage and mentor inventory and compliance personnel as the team grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, asset management, logistics, or operations.
• Experience developing operational reporting and KPI programs.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and inventory management systems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Houston, TX

Nice to have

• Experience managing large fleets of industrial or energy assets.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking platforms and asset management software.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
