What you will do

• Administer RMAs, customer paid repairs, and forecast repair stock.
• Ensure compliance with international and trade regulations.
• Format and publish monthly KPIs related to repairs and reverse logistics.
• Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, warehousing, and transportation providers to resolve repair order issues.
• Utilize SAP and MS Office to enter orders, track, and update metrics.
• Manage the disposition process for returned goods, including physical inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or HS Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
