What you will do

• Manage day-to-day outbound carrier accounts, including payments, invoicing, and service level performance.
• Produce comprehensive reporting, data, and analysis for outbound logistics operations.
• Develop and update actionable reports and datasets using Power BI and SQL.
• Collaborate across Logistics, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, and Customer Care teams to achieve financial and customer outcomes.
• Ensure data governance and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
• Present data initiatives and business insights to stakeholders to drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience working with 3rd party suppliers or delivery carriers.
• Proven experience in financial processing, including payments, invoicing, or budget management.
• Background in logistics operations, specifically within warehousing and returns environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, the Power ecosystem, and Excel.
• Understanding of SQL for data querying and reporting.
