What you will do
- Optimize the global transportation network regarding costs, transportation modes, and lead-times through data and value analysis.
- Establish and manage processes for transportation and customs compliance, specifically for PEZA and Customs requirements.
- Coordinate the supply chain to identify optimization opportunities to reduce costs and maximize carrier performance.
- Establish appropriate incoterms by destination, review Letters of Credit (LC), and generate manufacturing certificates.
- Maintain and update the Global Freight Lead-Metric/KPI Dashboard.
- Liaise with service providers to address operational issues in transportation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or College Degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in Transportation and Warehousing.
- Knowledge of global logistics operations, import/export processes, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in HS/tariff code classification.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI.
- Must be local to the position location; no visa sponsorship provided.
