What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements including master services, vendor, technology, and production contracts.
• Support government-funded initiatives by interpreting regulatory requirements and managing flow-down obligations.
• Provide day-to-day legal guidance to cross-functional teams on contracting, approvals, and compliance.
• Advise on advertising and marketing practices, including talent documentation and creative approvals.
• Identify and escalate legal risks while providing practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Support vendor and subcontractor contracting needs as campaigns scale.

Requirements

• JD with an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience in at least two areas: Advertising/Marketing, Production/Talent, Technology, Data Privacy, or Government Compliance.
• Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
• Comfort using modern legal technology and ability to quickly adapt to new tools, including AI.
