Salary: $200,000–$210,000

What you will do

• Lead and manage local finance teams for a designated legal entity within the Retail US organization.
• Serve as a key finance business partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights on business strategy and performance.
• Establish and maintain robust financial governance, controls, and risk management practices.
• Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and target setting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with global and regional functions including tax, legal, and human resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong financial analysis and business acumen.
• Experience with IFRS reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems such as SAP BW/BI or Cognos.

Nice to have

• CPA and/or MBA certification.
• Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or multinational environments.
• Exposure to Lean Management methodologies like Kaizen workshops.
