TL;DR

Senior Territory Account Executive (North China): Drive growth by landing and expanding a portfolio of assigned customers across North China with an accent on multi-year, multi-product platform commercial commitments and translating customer network architectures into successful platform sales. Focus on proactive pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and leading executive-level transformation narratives through onboarding, adoption, and first renewal.

Location: Hybrid — based in Beijing, China, covering North China with regular travel to the territory as needed.

What you will do

  • Own and execute a comprehensive territory plan to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and partners, including executive-level transformation narratives.
  • Co-sell with top partners and run regular forecast & pipeline cadences alongside partner stakeholders.
  • Understand customer network architectures and translate hirify.global solutions into successful platform sales for AI-driven workloads.
  • Lead contract negotiations and structure multi-year, multi-product, outcome-anchored platform commitments.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle through onboarding, adoption, and first renewal with measurable-outcome milestones.

Requirements

  • Experience selling technology solutions in high-growth technology firms.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding multi-million dollar quota targets.
  • Strong skills in discovery, positioning, competitive selling, negotiation, closing, and land-and-expand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking and cloud security technology, including how enterprise infrastructure adapts to automated data workflows.
  • Proficiency with modern sales software and customer data environments (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, G-suite).
  • Ability to travel as required and cultural fluency for assigned markets; language proficiency where required.
