Salary: $76,000 - $78,000 USD annual

What you will do

• Prioritize client mailings on the production floor to ensure SEC and contractual compliance.
• Lead and supervise a team of 15-30 fulfillment clerks and production assistants.
• Coordinate resources across departments to maximize efficiency and minimize machine downtime.
• Monitor factory dashboards and provide operational reports as needed.
• Manage labor coverage and utilize temp agencies to meet fluctuating volume needs.
• Maintain and sustain a 5S safety environment on the production floor.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in El Dorado Hills, CA.
• Must be available for the overnight shift (Monday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM PT).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• 2-3 years of print maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 20 pounds.
