What you will do
- Own product design strategy and influence roadmap priorities through customer empathy and design thinking.
- Translate product requirements and AI capabilities into user-centred enterprise workflows.
- Conduct user research, design workshops, kick-off sessions, and playback sessions to validate scope and direction.
- Create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes in Lovable and Figma.
- Collaborate with engineers to support accurate implementation and review functionality and UX before release.
- Maintain consistency across the product ecosystem while championing accessibility, clarity, and trust in AI-powered experiences.
Requirements
- Degree in design, HCI, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or similar role in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong expertise in Figma and modern design systems.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centred design work with enterprise or complex workflow products.
- Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, and collaboration skills in Agile environments.
- Strong prototyping skills, including interactive flows in Figma or similar tools.

- Experience designing for legal, compliance, or other enterprise contexts.
- Ability to balance usability with business requirements and technical constraints.
- Passion for making complex AI capabilities intuitive and trustworthy.
