Product Designer (UX/UI) (Fintech)

Location: Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, or Manchester, UK; hybrid working requires at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office site.

Salary: £40,824–£45,360 per year

What you will do

• Deliver visual and interaction design across mobile and browser interfaces.
• Craft end-to-end user experiences through wireframing, journey mapping, prototyping, and delivery-ready screens.
• Balance business requirements with user needs using evidence from user research and usability testing.
• Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes and final annotated designs in Figma.
• Use and improve the established design system while balancing content and interface elements.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to launch, iterate, and improve app experiences using performance data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in both UX and visual design.
• Proven digital design experience, preferably with mobile applications.
• Strong Figma and digital prototyping skills.
• Experience working with design systems and interpreting quantitative and qualitative research.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary product, design, and engineering teams and present work to stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to customer inclusion and accessible design for users of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
