What you will do

• Act as the primary service contact for a panel of strategic accounts via dedicated mailboxes and outbound communication.
• Educate and train adviser firms on the effective use of the platform, Adviser Hub, and online resources.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns by promoting events and webinars.
• Manage account pipelines, pursuing outstanding documentation and information to complete applications.
• Investigate and resolve service failures, managing expectations and providing regular performance updates.
• Participate in service reviews, operational management discussions, and sales-related engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Southampton, UK
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills for interacting with senior management and external Financial Advisors.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage complex escalations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• Good understanding of financial products and a strong focus on customer outcomes.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks under frequent deadlines.
