What you will do
- Resolve client queries on investments, products, and services via phone, email, and virtual chat.
- Deliver professional and empathetic service as the primary point of contact for 1.9 million clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external companies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support risk and control activities to maintain a strong risk management culture.
- Assist clients with intricate operational, investment-related, and retirement-based inquiries.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Bristol, UK.
- Experience in customer call handling and providing 1st line customer support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work to tight deadlines.
- Growth mindset and ambition to develop a career in Financial Services.
