TL;DR

Helpdesk Consultant (Fintech): Providing primary support to clients regarding investments, pensions, and retirement inquiries with an accent on high-quality customer service and operational accuracy. Focus on solving complex client queries via phone and email, managing risk, and ensuring outstanding client outcomes.

Location: Bristol (Harbourside); Hybrid working available after completion of training and probation.

What you will do

  • Resolve client queries on investments, products, and services via phone, email, and virtual chat.
  • Deliver professional and empathetic service as the primary point of contact for 1.9 million clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external companies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support risk and control activities to maintain a strong risk management culture.
  • Assist clients with intricate operational, investment-related, and retirement-based inquiries.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Bristol, UK.
  • Experience in customer call handling and providing 1st line customer support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work to tight deadlines.
  • Growth mindset and ambition to develop a career in Financial Services.
