Salary: £32,330 (increasing to £33,080 after 6 months)

What you will do

• Provide face-to-face support to customers across Lloyds and Halifax branches.
• Guide customers through critical life events, including bereavement and fraud concerns.
• Support vulnerable customers and help them build confidence with digital banking tools.
• Promote and assist customers in using online and mobile banking services independently.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with the most appropriate banking products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help people manage their finances.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Capacity to remain calm under pressure and act with empathy, care, and integrity.
• Commitment to collaborating closely with teammates to meet customer needs.
