Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool, UK (Hybrid role with minimum 3 days in office)
Salary: £26,938 – £28,609 per annum plus up to £2,000 performance-related bonus.

What you will do
- Manage inbound customer queries regarding insurance policies and account changes.
- Turn customer complaints into positive experiences through effective problem-solving and empathy.
- Maintain high-quality service standards during call audits and interactions.
- Represent the brand values while providing VIP-level support to all customers.
- Work towards and achieve individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK with at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no sponsorship available).
- Strong communication skills for phone and webchat interactions.
- Proven ability to handle tricky situations with patience and empathy.
- High attention to detail for managing insurance policy documentation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern including 1 in 3 Saturdays.
