TL;DR

Finance Customer Service Representative (Insurance): Providing high-quality support to insurance customers with an accent on policy management, query resolution, and complaint handling. Focus on delivering exceptional service standards, achieving performance targets, and representing the brand in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool, UK (Hybrid role with minimum 3 days in office)

Salary: £26,938 – £28,609 per annum plus up to £2,000 performance-related bonus.

What you will do

  • Manage inbound customer queries regarding insurance policies and account changes.
  • Turn customer complaints into positive experiences through effective problem-solving and empathy.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards during call audits and interactions.
  • Represent the brand values while providing VIP-level support to all customers.
  • Work towards and achieve individual and team performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK with at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no sponsorship available).
  • Strong communication skills for phone and webchat interactions.
  • Proven ability to handle tricky situations with patience and empathy.
  • High attention to detail for managing insurance policy documentation.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift pattern including 1 in 3 Saturdays.
