What you will do

• Partner with the Country Leadership Team to develop and execute the growth strategy for Spain.
• Own the annual commercial planning process, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and target setting.
• Build and maintain commercial models to guide investment decisions and resource allocation.
• Analyze sales effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve conversion and productivity.
• Monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Data, Product, and Commercial Excellence teams.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Commercial Planning, or FP&A.
• Proven ability to build financial, operational, and commercial models.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Madrid for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• SQL experience.
