What you will do

• Partner with engineering and technology leaders to develop hiring strategies for critical technical roles.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized and business-critical positions.
• Build proactive pipelines across software engineering, SRE, cloud, platform engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, and forward deployed engineering.
• Advise stakeholders using talent-market trends, competitor intelligence, and hiring strategies.
• Use sourcing, talent mapping, networking, recruiting analytics, and talent intelligence tools to improve hiring outcomes.
• Champion AI-enabled recruiting technologies, automation, and strong candidate and hiring-manager experiences.

Requirements

• Proven success recruiting technical talent across engineering, cloud, infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, cybersecurity, data, or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders and technology stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills.
• Curiosity about technology and emerging engineering skillsets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
