HR Operations and Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: New York Metropolitan Area (Jersey City), United States; hybrid model with flexible hours.

What you will do

• Manage HR processes across onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Support U.S. medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) benefits administration.
• Coordinate with PEO entities, payroll providers, and benefits providers.
• Maintain HR policies and support compliance with federal and local employment requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles using proactive sourcing channels.
• Maintain employee and recruiting data, track pipelines, and report on hiring metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a combined People Operations role.
• Practical knowledge of U.S. HR policies, benefits administration, and 401(k) programs.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. technology talent market and its sourcing channels.
• Experience recruiting for technical, software, engineering, and technical sales positions.
• Familiarity with an ATS and strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience with Ashby.
