What you will do
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements.
- Provide market data and recommendations to support recruitment planning.

- Evaluate candidates, build talent pipelines, and deliver qualified candidate slates.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
- Full-time, limited-term employee position based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA.
