What you will do

• Partner with technology leaders to develop hiring strategies for critical engineering and technology roles.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized software engineering, SRE, cloud, platform engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, and forward deployed engineering positions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and talent intelligence tools.
• Advise stakeholders on talent market trends, competitor intelligence, and hiring strategies.
• Use recruiting data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes, speed, and quality.
• Champion AI-enabled recruiting technologies, automation, and strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Requirements

• Proven success recruiting technical talent across software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, cybersecurity, data, or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders and technology stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills, including experience finding difficult-to-reach candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills.
• Interest in technology and emerging engineering skill sets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and embrace AI, automation, and new recruiting technologies.
