Senior Operations Recruiter

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; or Bellevue, WA. The position involves hiring across multiple sites and requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; applicants must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements.

What you will do

• Recruit for Supply Chain, IT, and other niche, hard-to-fill, and senior operations roles.
• Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple sites, maintaining candidate engagement and timely communication.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on role requirements, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
• Develop sourcing and staffing strategies for military, early-career, local, domestic, and international talent pipelines.
• Use recruiting data and analytics to optimize funnel performance and communicate metrics to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with People Operations, Compensation, and Onboarding teams from offer through start date.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success filling multiple concurrent roles under tight deadlines.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRM/ATS platforms.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to report and analyze recruiting pipeline metrics.
• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements for access to controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in EMEA or Canada.
• Experience with Greenhouse.
