What you will do

• Lead marketing efforts, strategy development, and proposal preparation for new business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and promote company footprint through community and client activities.
• Oversee engineering managers and ensure implementation of project performance goals.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and payments.
• Mentor and coach staff, identifying training needs and candidates for promotion.

Requirements

• 20+ years of active water/wastewater experience with leadership in the industrial sector.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and project budgets.
• Proven skill in contract negotiation, including risk and pricing terms.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen).
