What you will do

• Manage full entitlement and construction execution for industrial projects across Georgia, the Carolinas, and Florida.
• Lead pre-development due diligence, providing cost guidance and civil engineering risk assessments for new opportunities.
• Direct interactions with local government agencies, utilities, and permitting authorities to secure all required entitlements.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of general contractors and manage construction draws and lender documentation.
• Prepare project progress reports for capital partners and lead weekly project meetings.
• Coordinate tenant improvement handoffs and execute project close-out processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Construction Management major preferred).
• 5–10 years of construction management experience, with general contractor background and development-side exposure strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to navigate municipal processes and franchise utilities through entitlement and permitting.
• Experience in industrial development or complex projects such as data centers, healthcare, or multifamily.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and team meetings (minimum once per month).
