What you will do

• Prepare planning and design documents for mixed-use, commercial, residential, and municipal land development projects.
• Perform process design calculations, prepare cost estimates, and conduct economic analyses.
• Develop and manage project scopes of work, schedules, and budget reviews.
• Coordinate design aspects with other teams and maintain comprehensive project records.
• Serve as project manager for small projects and handle assignments on complex projects independently.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of technical staff and associate professional staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture.
• Minimum of six (6) years of related civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect license.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
