What you will do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and direction of construction projects throughout the entire project life cycle.
• Provide ongoing support for pre-design, procurement, construction, and post-construction activities, specifically for higher education projects.
• Oversee site activities to ensure full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure goals are met within approved financial and time constraints.
• Administer design and construction contracts, acting as the owner's representative to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Supervise and mentor project managers and construction staff while promoting diversity and leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience providing project/program management services.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing the full construction project life cycle, including pre-construction design and constructability reviews.
• Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and quality control in compliance with industry standards.
• Strong communication skills for managing relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite at client locations as required.
