Salary: $71,000 – $85,850 per year

What you will do

• Assist M&A deal leads in live transactions, managing confidential memoranda and coordinating due diligence with internal and external experts.
• Conduct market research using hirify.global data subscriptions and public sources to inform business development efforts.
• Collaborate with Valuation and Investment teams to review DCF and earnings models for projects or businesses.
• Analyze strategic and financial risks and impacts of prospective M&A transactions and investments.
• Develop and maintain internal tools and processes for tracking all active and closed M&A deal activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical or renewable energy subject area.
• Understanding of value drivers and risks for wind, solar, and battery storage transactions.
• Demonstrated analytical experience and intellectual curiosity.
• Proficiency in Excel financial modeling, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating complex matters to diverse team members.
• US work authorization (E-Verify)
