TL;DR

Adobe Alliance Sales Partner (CPG/Retail): Driving Adobe-centric revenue growth within the CPG and Retail sectors by coordinating with Adobe field teams and hirify.global account leadership. Focus on closing complex enterprise deals, positioning Adobe Experience Platform solutions, and building strategic partner relationships.

Location: Must be based in the US; Hybrid approach (average 4 days a week in office)

Salary: $75,000 — $180,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead Adobe-centric sales pursuits from initial qualification through contract close.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Adobe industry sales teams focused on retail and CPG.
  • Position Adobe Experience Platform, AEM, Real-Time CDP, and Journey Optimizer for industry-specific use cases.
  • Collaborate with hirify.global account teams and solution architects to identify and win billable opportunities.
  • Manage a vertical portfolio to meet annual revenue quotas and maintain pipeline health.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of enterprise sales experience in technology services or solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving annual quotas of $3M+ in complex consultative environments.
  • Direct experience selling into CPG or Retail industries.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions or comparable enterprise marketing platforms.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the Adobe partner ecosystem (SI, agency, or Adobe direct).
  • Existing relationships with Adobe field sales in North America.
  • Adobe certifications or deep product knowledge.
  • MBA or technical degree.
