Salary: $105,000 – $170,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meetings and job descriptions to offer development and closing.
- Source and engage a high volume of qualified, diverse candidates primarily through outbound outreach.
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to refine sourcing approaches and assessment practices.
- Manage interview schedules and facilitate candidate onsites to ensure a seamless experience.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure progress and maintain hiring velocity.
- Deeply learn the product and customer story to effectively pitch the company mission to potential candidates.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or in a similar high-throughput role.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA to meet hybrid office requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder and candidate management.
- Excellent organization and execution skills with the ability to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to pivot priorities in a fast-paced environment.
