Account Manager (Saas/Adtech/Martech): Managing and expanding a high-value customer portfolio by guiding clients through their data maturity journey and uncovering new revenue opportunities with an accent on strategic upsells, cross-sells, and demonstrating measurable ROI. Focus on building executive stakeholder relationships, commercial execution, and driving long-term revenue growth.

Location: Must be located and legally authorized to work in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Role starts fully remote with planned transition to hybrid once the Boston office is established.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upsells and cross-sells aligned with customer pain points and hirify.global’s evolving capabilities including AI analytics.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and build data-backed business cases connecting product functionality to measurable ROI.
  • Consistently exceed Net Revenue Retention targets by unlocking new revenue streams and minimizing contraction.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with executive stakeholders to influence and elevate commercial positioning.
  • Manage the commercial execution of accounts end-to-end from opportunity spotting to deal closing.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM documentation to support account planning and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Must be located and legally authorized to work in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, ideally in Data Platform, AdTech, or MarTech environments.
  • Strong sales instincts with success in upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Experience engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM and success tools such as Gainsight.
  • Self-directed with a relentless focus on growth and outcome orientation.
  • English proficiency: at least B2 level.
