Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $160,000 – $173,000 (Base + Commission) + Equity

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience across the lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, expansion, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance within the platform to translate data into compelling stories that demonstrate ROI to clients.
  • Lead regular business reviews and executive-level conversations to align on strategic objectives and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Monitor account health metrics to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Account Management, preferably within SaaS or AdTech environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account growth and closing upsells.
  • Strong background in the advertising industry and enterprise/agency client management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from day-to-day users to C-level executives.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and client outcomes.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
