Salary: $160,000 – $173,000 (Base + Commission) + Equity

What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience across the lifecycle.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, expansion, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance within the platform to translate data into compelling stories that demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Lead regular business reviews and executive-level conversations to align on strategic objectives and uncover growth opportunities.
- Monitor account health metrics to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Account Management, preferably within SaaS or AdTech environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account growth and closing upsells.
- Strong background in the advertising industry and enterprise/agency client management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from day-to-day users to C-level executives.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Must be based in the United States.
