Salary: $87,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of Mid-Market (SMB) customers, ensuring high levels of engagement with key decision makers.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue through strategic up-selling and cross-selling of AmTrav products.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations and rollouts.
  • Analyze account patterns to develop and implement long-term solutions for recurring customer problems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an account management role.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of the Chicago office.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights for customers.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills for building deep client relationships.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a primary focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.
