What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of Mid-Market (SMB) customers, ensuring high levels of engagement with key decision makers.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue through strategic up-selling and cross-selling of AmTrav products.
- Leverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations and rollouts.
- Analyze account patterns to develop and implement long-term solutions for recurring customer problems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an account management role.
- Must be based within commuting distance of the Chicago office.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights for customers.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills for building deep client relationships.
- Result-oriented mindset with a primary focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.
