People Solutions Analyst

What you will do

• Support the employee lifecycle by executing onboarding and employee-change processes in Workday.
• Maintain accurate and reliable employee data and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws in Brazil and the US.
• Respond to global employee inquiries through the ticketing system and resolve or escalate requests within service-level agreements.
• Partner with People teams to improve operational processes and maintain scalable workflow documentation.
• Support background checks, work authorization checks, internal audits, compliance reviews, and other People Operations projects.
• Contribute to initiatives that support employee engagement, development, and retention.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HR.
• Experience with an HRIS; Workday experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and internal customer-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment and remain receptive to feedback.
