What you will do

• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Brazil and US employment laws.
• Execute employee lifecycle processes in Workday, including onboarding and data updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for global employee inquiries via the ticketing system.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and improve operational workflows.
• Support ad-hoc projects such as background checks, work authorization, and internal audits.
• Contribute to culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience working with an HRIS system (Workday is a plus).
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
