Location: Hybrid work in São Paulo, with the office located in the Paulista region

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end Brazilian payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance.
- Manage the employee lifecycle from admission through termination, including documentation, system updates, and employee support.
- Administer benefits, vacations, leave, electronic timekeeping, and working-hours controls.
- Manage labour relations and union matters, including collective bargaining processes and agreements.
- Build People Operations indicators, dashboards, and KPIs covering payroll, benefits, workforce costs, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, global People and Payroll teams, external providers, employees, and managers to improve compliant and scalable processes.
Requirements
- Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Payroll, Personnel Administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Brazilian payroll and labour legislation.
- Experience using People data and analytics to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Experience with technology, automation, and AI tools for improving workflows and employee experience.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage end-to-end processes, and collaborate with employees, managers, providers, and global teams.
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience in a technology, SaaS, startup, or high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of LATAM and/or US payroll processes.
