What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing enterprise segment sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to align strategies and drive customer success.
  • Drive sales excellence through best practices, optimized sales processes, and effective pipeline management.
  • Work with channel partners and strategic alliances to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales leadership roles in the technology industry, preferably enterprise segment sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of storage, Data, AI, and Hybrid Cloud solutions and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise market dynamics, customer pain points, and buying behaviors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams against ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strategic, long-term mindset with results-oriented execution and a history of exceeding quota and KPIs.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior enterprise sales leadership roles; experience in enterprise software, SaaS, and/or cloud.
