What you will do
- Own and continuously improve executive compensation programs, including base salary and annual incentives.
- Design and manage equity frameworks, grant strategies, and allocation approaches for senior leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on pay decisions, retention strategies, and complex compensation topics.
- Partner with Finance on cost modeling, forecasting, and long-term incentive planning.
- Ensure global compliance with regulations, governance standards, and internal policies.
- Analyze data to provide insights on equity effectiveness and executive pay positioning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in compensation with deep expertise in executive equity design.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience advising senior stakeholders on sensitive compensation matters.
- English: C1+ required for clear communication and presentation.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with experience in HRIS and compensation planning tools.
- Comfortable with 20% travel and working asynchronously across time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global, high-growth, or tech environment.
- Familiarity with equity structures in private or gaming companies.
- Experience supporting board-level or executive committee compensation discussions.
