What you will do

  • Own and continuously improve executive compensation programs, including base salary and annual incentives.
  • Design and manage equity frameworks, grant strategies, and allocation approaches for senior leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on pay decisions, retention strategies, and complex compensation topics.
  • Partner with Finance on cost modeling, forecasting, and long-term incentive planning.
  • Ensure global compliance with regulations, governance standards, and internal policies.
  • Analyze data to provide insights on equity effectiveness and executive pay positioning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation with deep expertise in executive equity design.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders on sensitive compensation matters.
  • English: C1+ required for clear communication and presentation.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with experience in HRIS and compensation planning tools.
  • Comfortable with 20% travel and working asynchronously across time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a global, high-growth, or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with equity structures in private or gaming companies.
  • Experience supporting board-level or executive committee compensation discussions.
