What you will do
- Manage People Partnering Jira ticketing queue and resolve employee queries within SLAs.
- Process lifecycle changes and maintain HRIS data accuracy using HiBob.
- Support employee relations cases and ensure compliance with employment practices in the UK, Portugal, Spain, and Latvia.
- Conduct exit interviews and produce data summaries on attrition and engagement.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and recurring People operations routines.
- Document and improve People Team processes and automate repetitive HRIS tasks.
Requirements
- Early professional experience in HR, operations, administration, or similar roles; startup or scale-up exposure is a plus.
- Working towards CIPD qualification or related degree.
- Interest and willingness to build knowledge of UK employment practices; familiarity with Portugal, Spain, or Latvia is advantageous.
- Comfortable with HRIS systems (HiBob experience preferred) and confident in data analysis using Excel or Sheets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills.
- Ability to manage varied workload, prioritize demands, and work at pace in a multi-geography environment.
