What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, and payroll across the European organization of 1,300 employees.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of reward specialists.
• Own and evolve the hirify.global Job Architecture, embedding it within Total Reward and HR processes.
• Drive pay transparency initiatives, specifically focusing on the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Manage cyclical reward processes, including annual compensation planning, bonus cycles, and UK Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance and Central HR teams (Systems, Operations, L&D) to optimize decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid (4 days/week) in London, UK.
• Professional qualification such as CIPD, CIPP, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in compensation, benefits, and international payroll management.
• Deep understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Experience with Workday HRIS and benchmarking providers (e.g., Radford, Willis Towers Watson, Croner).
• Previous experience in the gaming or technology industry.
