What you will do

• Coordinate the annual salary review and management bonus plan for approximately 20,000 employees.
• Oversee cyclical compensation processes including gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting, RSU plans, and EU pay transparency compliance.
• Manage and mentor an analyst team to provide day-to-day compensation analysis and benchmarking support.
• Develop influential relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver quality reward outputs and thought leadership.
• Drive data audit processes to maintain accuracy and influence operational systems impacting reward data.
• Collaborate with functional lead technology and people operations teams to ensure smooth process execution.

Requirements

• Proven track record in reward operations within a complex, multi-site environment.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with ability to present complex data clearly.
• Experience influencing and challenging stakeholders at a senior management level.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead analyst teams effectively.
• Resilience and flexibility to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong collaborative skills to work openly across different Reward COE teams.
