Salary: 61,600 EUR - 77,000 EUR plus variable compensation

What you will do

  • Advise functional leaders on all compensation-related matters and Total Rewards strategy.
  • Lead annual internal salary range reviews and participate in market benchmarking surveys.
  • Conduct market pay analyses and provide recommendations on the company's competitive position and budgetary needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders on job documentation and analysis to support career architecture.
  • Manage day-to-day compensation administration, including job requisitions and pay changes.
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., Gemini) into daily workflows to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Compensation.
  • Must be familiar with global compensation markets, practices, and data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in vlookups, logical functions, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform independent, in-depth analysis.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex compensation data to diverse audiences across all levels of management.
  • Experience leading projects of moderate complexity from inception through completion.

Nice to have

  • Experience with non-traditional compensation programs.
