Salary: 61,600 EUR - 77,000 EUR plus variable compensation

What you will do
- Advise functional leaders on all compensation-related matters and Total Rewards strategy.
- Lead annual internal salary range reviews and participate in market benchmarking surveys.
- Conduct market pay analyses and provide recommendations on the company's competitive position and budgetary needs.
- Partner with stakeholders on job documentation and analysis to support career architecture.
- Manage day-to-day compensation administration, including job requisitions and pay changes.
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., Gemini) into daily workflows to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Compensation.
- Must be familiar with global compensation markets, practices, and data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in vlookups, logical functions, pivot tables, and charts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform independent, in-depth analysis.
- Proven ability to communicate complex compensation data to diverse audiences across all levels of management.
- Experience leading projects of moderate complexity from inception through completion.
