What you will do

• Own positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence for core product solutions.
• Develop and evolve buyer personas, use cases, and messaging frameworks.
• Drive end-to-end feature release marketing from strategy through enablement and customer success.
• Partner with Sales to create collateral that articulates value, differentiation, and ROI to accelerate deals.
• Represent the company as a voice of product marketing at industry conferences and customer events.
• Optimize workflows using AI-native tools to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences SaaS (strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end.
• Success supporting enterprise sales teams with long, complex buying cycles.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior audiences.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to a growing organization.
