What you will do
- Maintain a working knowledge of client business and category news to provide relevant insights.
- Draft account documentation including scopes of work, project briefs, and meeting agendas.
- Support account leadership in scheduling and organizing client meetings and conference calls.
- Produce comprehensive call notes and ensure accurate follow-up on all agreed-upon action items.
- Review project materials during routing to ensure quality and compliance with Med/Reg/Legal standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for basic client requests and build strong professional relationships.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of marketing or advertising agency experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and standard business software.
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
