Location: Must be based in or able to work from Foster City, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the enterprise product roadmap and strategy from procurement to large-scale deployment.
- Enhance Agent with business-focused connectors, skills, and workflows for non-technical users.
- Build enterprise-grade platform capabilities including SSO, SCIM, admin governance, and data privacy.
- Drive product-led growth motions to expand usage from individual teams to company-wide rollouts.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and security teams to ship features.
- Represent the voice of the enterprise customer through direct engagement and security reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise products.
- Fluency with IT and admin buyer personas and enterprise software rollout processes.
- Strong technical judgment with the ability to discuss security and infrastructure topics with engineers.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Track record of moving work forward across engineering, design, sales, and security.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into regulated industries.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and HIPAA.
- Experience at a scale-up that grew its enterprise motion from infancy to scale.
