Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite five days per week

Salary: $225,000–$275,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for one or more core products.
• Conduct customer discovery, analyze support feedback, and translate insights into clear problem statements.
• Build prototypes and partner with engineering and design to make product tradeoffs and deliver launches.
• Work with sales, marketing, and customer success on positioning, go-to-market enablement, and customer feedback loops.
• Instrument and monitor product metrics to validate hypotheses and guide future development.
• Track cybersecurity, AI, competitive, and market trends to identify product opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver exceptional products.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving, synthesis, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Expertise with AI tools, including LLMs and AI coding agents, and a willingness to use them daily.
• A builder’s instinct with experience prototyping and testing ideas quickly.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York City office five days per week.
