Senior Product Manager (AI)

Annual salary: $163,000–$224,000 plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Define and execute the R&D Enablement strategy across engineering, product, and design workflows.
• Own the roadmap for Service Enablement, Mobile App Enablement, Platform Quality, and SRE pods.
• Lead AI adoption, ephemeral environments, CI/CD optimization, quality engineering, observability, and knowledge management initiatives.
• Roll out a unified Developer Experience Platform and track DXI, PR throughput, DORA metrics, and MTTR.
• Partner with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to balance delivery speed, compliance, and reliability.
• Conduct developer experience surveys and listening tours, translating feedback into product requirements and quarterly roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with internal developer platforms, DevOps tools, or B2B technical products.
• Technical fluency in CI/CD pipelines, microservices, AWS cloud infrastructure, and mobile release cycles.
• Experience using DORA, SPACE, or DevEx metrics to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Strong technical program management and change management skills across distributed engineering organizations.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, TypeScript, React Native, Kafka, and DataDog.
• Experience with internal developer portals such as Backstage, enterprise GenAI tools, SRE, or platform engineering principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms, DevOps tooling, or B2B technical products.
• Experience implementing GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Glean, or similar GenAI tools in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Backstage Mission Control or a similar internal developer portal.
