Salary: $133,800–$200,700 USD (plus commission)

What you will do
- Drive top-line sales revenue and enterprise agreement adoption within the Federal Civilian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers.
- Guide prospects through a methodical sales process to facilitate complex deal closures.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and SDRs to foster regional information sharing.
- Represent the company at local and industry events.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity data in Salesforce and Clari.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the Federal Civilian market.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex, six-or-seven-figure deals.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to client locations.
Nice to have
- Experience with software engineering tools and security software sales.
- Experience working with channel partners and lobbyists in the Federal Civilian sector.
- Background in global or large enterprise account management.
