Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Build strategic relationships with government stakeholders, including CIOs and ISSMs, to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
• Drive adoption of Claude products (API, Claude for Government) while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, IL5, and HIPAA.
• Develop change management strategies and "Train the Trainer" programs tailored for mission-driven government cultures.
• Document and quantify value realized through mission impact outcomes and ROI metrics for government leadership.
• Act as the primary conduit between government customers and internal product teams to inform research and development.
• Partner with Applied AI teams to identify and implement high-impact "hero" workflows that demonstrate mission transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
• Must have experience supporting government customers (federal civilian, state/local, or national security).
• Deep understanding of government procurement and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, StateRAMP, IL5).
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Ability to communicate technical products to audiences ranging from developers to Congressional staff.
• TS/SCI clearance preferred for National Security accounts.
