TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (AI): Designing and executing in-person experiences, executive programs, and creative campaigns to generate pipeline for the Sales team with an accent on event strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving revenue growth through targeted B2B field programs and integrating AI-driven data storytelling into market experiences.

What you will do

  • Own the field and event marketing calendar across priority verticals and territories, including industry conferences and executive programs.
  • Design intentional, on-brand event experiences tailored for a people intelligence and AI company.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to define target account lists, segment priorities, and pre-event outreach.
  • Collaborate with PMM and CS to bring data storytelling, live benchmarking, and customer narratives into events.
  • Build multi-channel pre- and post-event programs utilizing Sales outreach, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage lead capture and handoff processes in coordination with RevOps to ensure efficient routing and SLAs.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing roles with responsibility for field, events, or demand generation.
  • Demonstrated experience running programs that directly result in pipeline and opportunity creation.
  • Strong project management and communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales leaders and Account Executives.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in the San Francisco office and travel to key events.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in data/analytics, GTM tools, or MarTech.
  • Exposure to core verticals such as nonprofit, financial services, retail, travel, and hospitality.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) for tracking impact.
