What you will do
- Serve as a key strategic partner and escalation point for senior client stakeholders to architect long-term brand strategies.
- Translate client briefs into actionable, audience-based marketing strategies across .com, email, and online advertising channels.
- Directly manage, mentor, and foster the professional development of Account Managers and Coordinators.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Technology, and UX to ensure on-budget delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance data and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present optimizations to client leadership.
- Own client portfolios and budgets, ensuring account profitability and identifying opportunities for organic growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Detroit, MI and able to work in a hybrid setup (4 days/week in office).
- 5–7+ years of experience in Account Management or Account Supervisor roles within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proven experience mentoring and leading junior team members.
- Expertise in audience-based marketing, including segmentation, personalization, and customer journey optimization.
- Strategic experience with .com projects, CRM/email automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and Paid Social/Search/Programmatic advertising.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
