Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 a year

What you will do

• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, providing best-in-class service and strategic counsel.
• Lead the development of multichannel marketing strategies and campaigns, including the annual brand planning process.
• Manage the financial health of accounts, including revenue projections, project profit margins, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agency teams to drive innovative, creative ideas with measurable impact.
• Coordinate dynamics between client agencies, vendors, and media channel partners.
• Define new work scopes and document details in Statements of Work (SOW).

Requirements

• 10+ years of pharma agency account management experience, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical advertising.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry, including new product launches.
• Experience leading digital marketing initiatives and a strong omni-channel background.
• Proven success as a strategic partner to senior-level clients.
• Hands-on proficiency in developing and delivering high-level PowerPoint presentations.

Nice to have

• DAOR (Design Agency of Record) experience.
