What you will do

• Establish project and staffing plans, forecast upcoming work, and allocate resources.
• Act as the primary communications hub between agency teams and partners for assigned accounts.
• Develop timelines, manage budgets, and ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
• Collaborate with Creative Services and Business Leadership to plan resources and manage estimates.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance agency efficiency and software usage.
• Provide meaningful performance input for employees across various departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is required.
• Proven experience in timeline development and budget management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office Suite.
